The naihar food blog does have its origins as most food blogs would: a passion for good food, a passion for taking pictures of food, a passion for sharing all things food. So on March 13, 2010, I threw caution to the wind and put up post numero uno!

The idea was to a singular motto: each post should make you drool, just a little. So we don't post without a picture, no matter how bad our phone cameras look sometimes.

The more interesting thing happened immediately after, rather than before. A group of people with similar passions wanted to share their love for food, each more confused than the next about the right way to get to it (only because there were far too many options, not far too few). This transitioned into an interesting conversation that led to the real development of the naihar food blog - as contributed by multiple source, each with their own unique idea and view, contributing along the way.

Since then we've come a long way, from the random observations, all out food expeditions, massive cookouts, diligent recipes, festival celebrations, finding the best of the best and finally, foodspotting around the globe. Oh, and cheesecake. Yup, we've got it all.
